The focus of my law practice is primarily estate planning (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives).
I also enjoy assisting my business clients with setting up entities (ie, corporation or limited liability company), maintaining
those entities, and selling or purchasing business interests or assets. Although not a large part of my practice, I also conduct
real estate transactions and offer title insurance.
Free Initial Consultation
I offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation for estate planning prospective clients. During this appointment, we review
their current plan, we discuss their goals or other objectives, I educate them about Minnesota law, and I make a recommendation
for legal services. I am usually able to quote a flat fee at the initial meeting. There is no obligation
to retain me to perform legal services after the initial consultation. My clients appreciate knowing what my services
will cost.
